Weight loss

For many years I have tried to lose weight, sometimes iv done it on my own and made my own recipes and other time I followed diet recipe books. Unfortunately they either wouldn’t work or wouldn’t last long, and lately iv been getting really down about my weight and instead of doing anything about it iv just been eating more. This year my beautiful loverly big sister is finally getting married so iv made my mind by getting some help, I had a meeting with a consultant to put me on a diet of shakes, soups and bars. I’m not aloud rice, pasta or dairy products yet as we are going to slowly introduce them in again and get me getting used to measuring out ingredients properly and have smaller portions then what I’m used to. This is even not having little mans left overs which is what I was doing, fingers crossed with this diet plan set out for me and exercise I will be happy and where I want to be so watch this space
